I haven't updated recently. However, not updating doesn't mean I haven't been hard at work with my weight loss goal.
So far, I've officially lost 17 kgs (that's 37lbs). I've really happy about that... But my goal is to lose at least another 10kgs minimum.
So, I'll keep at it. I really want to get more active. But where I stay now, its just to convenient to go to the gym or even walk around after dark. And it gets dark by 6pm - the time when I reach back from work.
:(
Anyway, have to continue to be more careful with what I eat. I realise that I've been getting lazier and lazier to cook my meals. Anyway, I'm working on it.
